Details :

Transport hubs and high speed rail are making travel between Hong Kong and other Greater Bay Area (GBA) cities faster and more convenient. Hong Kong is renowned for its efficient MTR network with total length of 271 kilometers, while the railway network in the GBA will have 4,700 km in operation and under construction by 2025, and will reach 5,700 km by 2035. As the development of “GBA on the Rail” accelerates, the cities in GBA are more connected than ever, creating opportunities for businesses and professionals.

SHKP has decades of experience in developing large transit-oriented integrated projects in Hong Kong. Leveraging its advantages and the High Speed Rail connectivity, SHKP proactively integrates into the development of GBA, creating synergy between its projects along Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link (XRL), namely Guangzhou South Station ICC, Nansha Qingsheng TOD project and a portfolio of developments in West Kowloon.
