Ms. Michelle Tsang, Senior General Manager of SKK (H.K.) Co. Limited, has established and developed her experience in Paint Service Industry and Construction Field for more than 25 years. She has handled and developed her experience in both renovation and new built sectors and obtained many experiences in dealing with corporate clients about their renovation needs. She also participated in some famous, prestige large scale projects and new build development such as Disneyland, Asia World Expo, Kai Tak Cruise Terminal Hong Kong, Jockey Club’s projects and Shun Tak Centre etc.

Apart from handling projects, Michelle has also been invited to be speaker of seminar and workshop for different association like Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, The Chartered Institute of Building, The Hong Kong Institute of Clerks of Works, The Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers and lecturer in educational institution like THEi.

This Series consists of 2 seminars. The first seminar will cover the following topics: (i) the knowledge of painting system; (ii) design of coating specification for various uses of building; (iii) how to achieve cost saving for building rehabilitation and new build projects; and (iv) techniques in designing stage of project. Through the case studies of actual projects, the most up-to-date innovative painting technology like pattern-design texture coating system and spray granite coating system would be introduced which are the most popular for the maintenance of external wall. To minimize the cost of running the project, speaker will share how to design the suitable specification for renovation projects.

Another seminar, advanced coating systems like pre-fabricated sheet typed coating system, heat reflective coating system and low VOC type coating would be introduced. These are the most popular systems for both maintenance of external wall and new buildings as energy saving, safety, wellness and value-added benefits are the main concern of building users nowadays.

The event will be conducted online via ZOOM. Upon successful payment of the registration fee, the ZOOM link for joining the CPD event will be available in the CPD/PQSL profile under the "Member Area" of the HKIS website.

On-line registration is not applicable for non-HKIS members. To register, please complete the CPD registration form and return with payment to the HKIS Secretariat.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
