Details	:	YSG Annual Dinner番嚟喇！相信各位YSG members疫情期間都少咗好多見面機會，又係時候聚一聚。今年YSG Annual Dinner將於海洋公園舉行，主題係「Back to 2000 - Y2K席捲重來」!! 誠邀大家喺夢幻嘅海洋公園再次掀起Z世代復古風潮~ 到時大家記得約埋三五知己一齊著住搶眼又華麗嘅Y2K風格重返2000年，一齊玩遊戲、食好西。聽講到時現場仲有好多攤位、獎品同打卡位等緊大家!! 想一齊體驗熱鬧氣氛，又想同咁多位YSG members 聚一聚、鬆一鬆，千祈唔好錯過一年一度嘅YSG盛事喇！ 10月28號約定你地Y2K Party見！名額有限，報名從速！搵埋D朋友一齊報名仲有Discount 呀！ Fee HK$300 for 1 YSG member/ non-YSG member; HK$200 per person for student members Group registration is welcomed with discount fee of HK$280 per person for 2 YSG members; HK$260 per person for 3 YSG members; HK$240 per person for 4 YSG members or above; (include buffet dinner, lucky draw and free flow of drinks)
Remarks	:	Registration method: 1. Online registration by filling in the following Google form: https://forms.gle/LVFTkbRfYYG2ggKbA (successful applicants would receive confirmation from YSG) Only applicable to applicants who pay: via PayMe mobile application or FPS or through corresponding student representatives 2. If you wish to pay through cheque or HKIS Titanium Master Card/ Visa Platinum Card, please make registration with duly completed Standard Reservation Form with payment to the HKIS Secretariat.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
