His expertise lies in property development, town planning, acquisition, and land matters. Mr. Li currently serves as General Manager (Planning and Development) at Hong Kong Housing Society, where he is responsible for strategizing property developments and overseeing project land administration.

Mr. Li's vast experience in the field has allowed him to explore and formulate various housing initiatives, including the innovative Senior Citizen Residences Scheme. Throughout his career, he has played an instrumental role in developing quality elderly housing projects such as The Tanner Hill.

Blissful Place, the third project of the “lease-for-life” Senior Citizen Residences Scheme, is located at Lee Kung Street in Hung Hom. Combining sound architecture, a practical floor plan, thoughtful interior design, personal nursing care, and professional care services, Blissful Place offers middle-income seniors an ideal living environment.

Remarks :

1. Online registration is not accepted for this CPD event. First-come-first-served with duly completed Standard Reservation Form and Declaration Form,  and payment.

2. All participating members shall arrange their own transport to the venue. 

3. While HKIS will arrange for insurance policy for the participants, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks.

4. Latecomers will NOT be picked up and will NOT be allowed to join the visit.
