The 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Planning and Development Division will be held on 29 November 2011 at Toh Lee Restaurant (桃李中餐廳), Hotel Nikko Hong Kong, 72 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong at 7:00 pm. The agenda of the AGM as follows:-

1.      To adopt the Minutes of the 6th AGM held on 30 November 2010

2.      To receive the Chairman’s Report for the year 2010-2011

3.      To adopt the Honorary Treasurer’s Report for the year 2010-2011

4.      To elect Council Members for the Term 2011- 2013

5.      Any Other Business

 

Annual Dinner will be held immediately after the AGM and all members are welcome. I look forward to seeing you at the AGM and the Annual Dinner.
